Watch live: Michigan Senate democratic primary debate

The Hill presents two hours of live, real-time coverage around Nexstar Media, Inc.’s Michigan Democratic Senate primary debate on Tuesday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. EDT.

The debate will be moderated by WOOD TV8 political reporter Rick Albin and anchor Amber Krycka from WOOD TV in Grand Rapids, Mich.

Candidates Dr. Abdul El-Sayed and Rep. Haley Stevens (D) will face off one-on-one to discuss the issues Michigan voters are most concerned about as they fight to become the Democratic candidate for the U.S. senate seat, replacing retiring Sen. Gary Peters. 

The Hill’s coverage will be anchored by NewsNation’s Cory Smith, joined by The Hill’s Political Editor and Host of NewsNation’s The Hill Sunday, Chris Stirewalt, with further contributions from The Hill campaign team, Decision Desk HQ, NewsNation reporters and political analysts.
