Authorities have arrested 31-year-old Thomas Brown in connection with the fatal shootings of two teenagers, Pandora Jules Root and Evan Clark, during a May camping trip in Tonto National Forest. Investigators say DNA evidence linked Brown to the killings after months of searching for a suspect. The motive remains unclear. Brown, a former military member, is being held on a $2 million bond and is due back in court October 8.
