Officials in Houston are pushing back against rising fears of a serial killer after multiple bodies were discovered in city bayous. Mayor John Whitmer and the police chief insist there is no evidence of a killer on the loose, even as 24 bodies were recovered last year and 13 so far this year, including five in just the past week.
